Results Reporting
We prepare a comprehensive report at the end of every project, providing our client with the results and an explanation of how we generated those results.
The report includes:
- Administrative information: General information specific to the study including date of sample receipt, sample characteristics, sample descriptions and special instructions;
- Accreditation declaration: Acknowledging our ISO accreditation and any accredited methods used for the project;
- How the results are validated: An in-depth review of the methods used to verify the validity of the reported results. This includes an empirical and statistical explanation of how we evaluate control materials, and how our Scientists deal with data that appears to substantially deviate from observations derived from the same sample – “outliers”;
- Methods: Description of methods used for analyses, conditioning, and sample generation;
- Results: Reporting of the analytical data; and
- Authorization: Report signed by the Labstat Laboratory Director acknowledging that he has reviewed the report and certifies the results were derived by the methods and procedures outlined in the report.
Added Value
In some instances, the results generated from analyses are unclear, or lead to more questions; thus requiring additional examination. Unique to this industry, Labstat has the statistical expertise to provide more detailed reporting to its clients; this includes the capability of reporting results from exploratory data analysis, regression analyses and analysis of variance.
